Nooooo Camp's finished

 Kia ora Koutou, Last week the year 5 and 6's of makaraka school went on camp to lake Karapiro, Cambridge, Waikato river {these are all the same places} and we had a lot of fun it was so hard to decide on a favorite activity buttt it was... The Magic carpet on the lake. A funny thing was when the parents/adults went on the magic carpet the pontoon that helps you get back to the other pontoon broke off of the pontoon that we were sitting on 😆😅😂🤣. We were all screaming at the adults so loud to come and fix it that the guy Joe {he worked there} could here us from big camp {keep in mind we were a couple minutes away from big camp}Joe came and fixed the pontoon.

For the past term my class has been studying biogas  and we read a story so here is how biogas is made.

This week we have been reading and writing about a story called vege car. A vege car is a car that is run on vege oil specifically peanut oil, this is a way how to submit less carbon admission.

Term 1 Goals

Makaraka school cross country

On Wednesday it was my schools cross country.  I was not there because it was wet and I can not get even more sick because I’m going to the Gold Coast soon. Also, because I’m still trying to remember how to run properly. Last year I broke my leg very badly. I had metal rods put in my leg and had to learn to walk again.
Instead of going to school, I stayed home, kept warm, and watched the Ipad. Then I went to mums work and did the same. I think mum made a good decision to keep me home because I spewed up the night before.

I am looking forward to going to Australia this Saturday to visit my cousins.  I've never met them and they are 2 years old! They are twins. I’m going with my cousin Cleo, my little sister Harper, my dad Ben, my Nana Wendy, Cleo’s sister Rease, my cousin. Ted ,Bobby ,Uncle Chris and Aunty Lea are meeting us there from Sydney. It’s going to be so much fun.
