Cedenco ( Behind the scenes )

 To day our class and tanemahuta went to cedenco we had 3 stations the boardroom, the qc lab and the walk around. walk around included the dryer room the packing room and other rooms. In the QC lab we got to taste powders, purees and pastes. We had to where hair nets in the QC lab. Malia had to help do a test i did to I helped with the brix test which is where you test the sweetness I tested gold kiwi fruit it was 13 brix. the pack house was where they packed the corn. My favorite was when we went through the air shower to get to the dryer room.
